Home Loans

There are many choices when choosing the lender for your home loan.

Be sure to research your lender and ask questions like:

  • What is your average time to close a loan?

  • How many loans have you done/how long have you been doing this?

  • What type of fees do you have?

  • Do you have overlay fees?

  • What can I shop for on my loan fees/rates?

  • Do I work with only you?

  • What type of loans do you specialize in?

  • Are your underwriters in-house or somewhere else?

  • How often have you had to extend a closing date?

The biggest reason a home purchase will not make it to the closing table after the option period is because of the loan process. Who you choose matters! If you aren't sure who to use, please ask me.

I have vetted lenders I use because I know they can get you to the closing table.

*Use the mortgage calculator to get an idea of how much your mortgage payment might be. This is only an estimate and may not reflect

up-to-date rates for your area.
